Secrets of the
Granite Bay Murder Club

A Murder Mystery

In a world where mystery thrives, shadows speak louder than words, and secrets wield the ultimate power, the truth is a dangerous game. Here, murder isn’t just a crime — it’s an art form, and someone has been busy framing my friends.

No one’s innocent. Not here. Not now. Not ever. I know what they did, and I understand why. The why doesn’t matter. The only thing that matters is keeping the secret.

Prepare yourself for a ride where loyalty shatters, hearts break, and not everyone survives. In the end, someone always pays the price.

Welcome to The Granite Bay Murder Club, where memories blur, and the truth bends until it snaps.

Fair Warning: The Granite Bay Murder Club doesn’t shy away from the ugly side of survival.

A Snippet

The lesson is etched into my existence. I was twelve the second time they tried to beat the words out of me. This time, I had something more — strength and a thirst for survival. I had learned to fight from books. Teaching the degenerates a hard lesson was not as satisfying as I had hoped.

Let’s be honest — giving a beating is better than taking one.

For most, passion is a surge of euphoria drowning out reason. Often overwhelming common sense. For others, violent rage is a drug that replaces common sense and numbs the mind. We sit in judgment of those caught in the vortex of poverty and desperation, shaking our heads at the choices they make.

When you’ve got nothing, every option is on the table.

Back then, my friends and I understood one truth: every action has a justifiable reaction. Too many of us negatively judge those caught in the downward spiral of limited opportunity. We complain about those who have been given little and are doing whatever they can to survive. No one with a conscience advocates a survival strategy of crime, prostitution, or methamphetamine addiction.

What people are saying about The Granite Bay Murder Club:

“Ducantlin uses storytelling as a weapon in this book. What is fiction, what is lies, what is perspective?”

“Ducantlin weaves a story like a chain stitch that puts spinsters to shame. Loyalties are questioned, lives are on the line, and the truth? Well, wouldn’t you like to know?”

“I found the book contained originality and unpredictability. I found the first-person narration intriguing and kept the reader wanting to read on.”

“I often wonder when reading a good story: Did the author live a version of what I am reading?”

Secrets of The Granite Bay Murder Club

Secrets. Lies. A murder that won’t stay buried.

In Secrets of the Granite Bay Murder Club, memory is a weapon. Truth bends. Justice is a luxury no one can afford.

When silence is the only way to survive, loyalty becomes deadly—and betrayal demands sacrifice.

This is dark, psychological crime fiction at its finest: gritty, emotionally raw, and morally twisted. Broken people doing whatever it takes to endure. No simple answers. No clean escapes.

“Together, we stood on the dock, waiting for Trig to lock the gate. The clank of metal was our signal—never speak of what we did.”

⭐ “A shocking story of survival in a world where truth doesn’t bring justice.”
⭐ “Gritty and gripping. Past and present collide in a haunting unraveling of secrets.” – James
⭐ “Cold, calculated, and chilling. A relentless page-turner.” – Leah

Uncover the truth. Trust no one.

Welcome to Secrets of the Granite Bay Murder Club.

Fair warning: This novel doesn’t flinch. It dives into the brutal cost of survival—and the secrets we bury to keep breathing.
